I woke up craving for McD's pancake I used to had for breakfast back in Sg (too bad we don't have that here :( with the maple syrup..melted butter... drool..
I've tried to make pancake before but somehow it's too flat and not as soft.
So I browse 'American Pancake' instead, hoping it'll make a difference.

The batter is thicker than I usually have, and the end result looked similar with the one in McD :D

I don't have maple syrup so I use honey instead.







It tasted great! But still not as soft as McD :(
Need to practice more I guess :D
